A hand up not a handout


African Health Foundation (AHF) is a community-centered foundation with distinction in participatory health promotion, disease prevention, poverty reduction, community empowerment and prowess in connecting the vulnerable to healthcare services.


AHF services is community-based and volunteers driven. AHF programs are in Ndhiwa Constituency, Homa-Bay County-Kenya and cuts across the constituency.
